Oil pulling with coconut oil

Salt water helps to relieve tooth sensitivity by balancing pH levels in your mouth. This way it creates an alkaline environment where harmful bacteria cannot survive. Mix salt with a cup of warm water and using the solution to wash our mouth. You then rinse with clean water at least twice a day.
Cloves and Clove Oil
